Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you? +

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it allows you to order without having to enter your details every time. You can sign up right now, or create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I create an account? +

How do I order? +

Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When finished, proceed to your cart and check out. Ensure all information is correct before confirming your purchase and payment.

How do I pay for my orders? +

We accept various payment methods for flexibility. You can securely pay using credit/debit cards, and our payment gateway is processed through Stripe for a seamless and safe transaction experience.

What is Beauty Gables' return policy? +

How do I track my order? +

Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking info. You can also log in to your account, use our "track your order" feature, or opt-in for SMS updates at checkout.

How long does it take to process my order? +

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Others dispatch the next day. Delivery within the US is estimated at 4-5 business days. Confirmation emails include tracking, and SMS updates are available.

Do you offer International shipping? +

No, currently we only ship within the United States.

Does Beauty Gables store my credit card information? +

No. For security, we do not store payment info. Only essential details like address, email, phone, and purchase history are retained.
